EN: THE TERMS and conditions of the video recording for the online competition.

 

1. The performance must be no older than 6 months and sent to us by 15 January 2024.

2. No recording from a public concert or other competition is allowed.

3. Videos may be submitted as a YouTube link by emailing infoclavis@yahoo.com. 4.

4. Payment and registration for the competition must be made prior to sending the video.

The jury will not view the videos or judge the performances without prior registration and payment.

5. You can participate several times in the competition with a different programme. In this case, each participation is paid separately, the jury evaluates each entry separately and gives you a separate evaluation and feedback on the results of the performance.

 

 

4. ATTENTION: if you wish to participate in the Audience Contest in addition, the entry must be visibly labelled "The International Competition Clavis 2023/2024" and sent in MP4 or other video format to the e-mail address infoclavis@yahoo.com.

This entry will be published on our YouTube channel. According to the number of likes by the closing date of the online competition, the winner will be determined by the viewers and a separate prize will be awarded.

It is also possible to participate multiple times with a different programme.


 

DE: Bedingungen für die Videoaufzeichnung für das Online-Gewinnspiel.

 

1. Die Aufführung darf nicht älter als 6 Monate sein und muss uns bis zum 15. Januar 2024 versandt werden.

2. Es sind keine Aufnahmen von einem öffentlichen Konzert oder einem anderen Wettbewerb erlaubt.

3. Videos können als YouTube-Link per E-Mail an infoclavis@yahoo.com eingereicht werden.

4. Die Zahlung und die Anmeldung zum Wettbewerb müssen vor der Einsendung des Videos erfolgen.

Ohne vorherige Anmeldung und Bezahlung wird die Jury die Videos nicht einsehen und die Darbietungen nicht bewerten.

5. Sie können mehrmals mit einem anderen Programm an unserem Wettbewerb teilnehmen. In diesem Fall wird jede Teilnahme/ Aufnahme  extra bezahlt, die Jury bewertet jeden Beitrag separat und gibt Ihnen eine separate Preisverleihung und Rückmeldung zu den Ergebnissen der Aufführung.

 

 

4. ACHTUNG: Wenn Sie zusätzlich am Publikumswettbewerb teilnehmen möchten, muss Ihr Video sichtbar mit "The International Competition Clavis 2023/2024" gekennzeichnet sein ( wie auf dem Foto) 

und im MP4- oder einem anderen Videoformat an die E-Mail-Adresse infoclavis@yahoo.com gesendet werden.

Dieser Beitrag wird auf unserem YouTube-Kanal veröffentlicht. Je nach Anzahl der Likes bis zum Einsendeschluss des Online-Wettbewerbs wird der Gewinner von den Zuschauern ermittelt und ein separater Preis vergeben.

Es ist auch möglich, mehrfach mit einem anderen Programm teilzunehmen.
