Richard Balla

Richard Balla (born in 1975) in Hungary, working  Business Developmer in Germany at different organisations. Mr. Balla is using his talent in development field to support Clavis to grow and scale to be able to support as many talented children as possible. His main responsibility inside the Clavis organisation ist to develop world wide Strategy and organisation structure. Ha led companies in several countries (USA; Germany; Austria; Croatia; Hungary) in different industries. Now he is giving his best to support with his knowledge the music industry as much as possible in order to find new talents and give them the opportunity to shine.
